Your monster voice 1.0

Create you own crazy voice effects. Speak into the microphone and hear your voice at the same time through the speakers. But it will not be your voice. It will be the voice of a monster, killer, alien or any crazy voice you can think of. You can save your recorded voice as mp3 or wav file. You can read in existing mp3 files or music CDs. The program ships with a couple of predefined effects. But you will be able to create new effects using simple formulas to map one frequency to another frequency.

Rely less on your average user to 'simply' change a mathematic formula they have no clue of understanding. That's your job.

x*(1-stark)+((len / 2-1-x)*x / (len / 2))*stark may be a simple formula to a programmer, but definitely not to your average software user (who I believe you are marketing it to). If it's being marketed to programmers or mathematicians feel free...

Change woman's voice to man or child and make it believeable.

As a voice over artist I have a need for character voices, not monster voices. Clients want believeable voices, for dialog, narration, audio books. Being able to change male voice to female or vice versa, keeps the entire project in house,...

Allow this program to be installed to an external HDD or secondary internal drive.

This is helpful as many users now-a-days use multiple Hard drives! (such as a 40-80GB solid state for the operating system and a 1-2TB drive for storage of programs and files)

Clean up the distortion!

There was echo and slight pauses etc on playback. I checked my sound card settings so it must be the program!

clean up the in-program playback, and MAKE 'My Music' the DEFAULT!

For an audio program that ACTUALLY COSTS money, the in-program playback is pathetic. Also for an AUDIO program, the 'My Music' folder should be the default load and save section - NOT in 'programs'!!!

Hello, i enjoy being able to test software and give my personal opinion on them. I have downloaded this software and checked it out. The idea behind this program is very nice, change your voice, and have it customizable. The only thing i would change

Make the buttons intuitive -- the RECORD button should be a big red circle immediately identifiable. The STOP and PLAY buttons should be a red X and a green triangle, etc. User shouldn't have to scour the interface to figure out how to use it.

Still a good program though.

Add useful processing effects such as narrowing frequency response, etc.

I design sound for live theatre and have, at the moment, a need to make an actors voice sound like it is coming from a high school PA system with a narrow frequency range.

Be able to preview recordings and also be able to change effects in preview and or in recording without crashing the prog.

Why should you have to start, record, and then start over with a new effect? This should be able to be done on the fly for comparison purposes. Also, why should it be necessary to record your voice while adjusting what you say, intensity levels of...
